Account & Data Deletion

• Open the Byzxpo app and go to Account.
• Tap "Delete my account" at the bottom.
• Enter your password to confirm.

Email privacy@byzxpo.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm within 30 days.

• Your name, email address, phone number and photo are erased and you are signed out everywhere.
• Any active subscription is cancelled.
• Saved businesses, addresses, notes and other tool data stay with the anonymised account and are no longer tied to your identity.
• We email you a confirmation.

• Reviews you wrote stay on the businesses, shown as "Deleted user".
• Businesses you own stay listed without an owner — contact support first if you want them transferred or removed.
• Payment and tax records are kept as long as the law requires (usually 7 years).
