Business Listing Terms

• You must own the business or be authorised to act for it. We may ask for proof and may reject, verify or remove listings.
• If a business is already listed, use the claim process instead of adding a duplicate.
• The "Verified" badge means we have checked the listing's details; it is not an endorsement.

You are responsible for everything on your listing: name, address, hours, contact details, photos, products, services, prices, deals and events. Keep it current. To keep listings trustworthy, changes to an existing listing are unlocked by our team through an edit request.

Only upload photos and text you have the right to use. You give us the licence described in the Terms of Service to show your listing on the Services and in promotion of Byzxpo.

Enquiries and leads come from people who want to contact your business. Use their details only to respond to them and as the law allows; don't sell or share them. Customer lists you keep in Byzxpo are yours and processed on your behalf.

You can't remove or edit reviews, review your own business, or reward reviews. If you believe a review breaks the Community Guidelines, report it and we will look at it.

Contact support@byzxpo.com to transfer or remove a listing. We keep limited records as required by law.
